Testimonials With winds howling and temperatures below ZERO, this Ice Team Trap Attach was no place for the faint of heart. Congratulations to the winning team of Mark Rusinek and Jeff Falkowski who brought in their limit and Winning Weight of the mixed bag Perch and Bluegill. The winners received the coveted 'Piece of the Wood" trophies and a nice Check for their efforts. Here is what Mark had to say about the
event.
Jeff was also very excited about the win
and sent us and email describing how FISKAS Wolfram Jigs were a key part
of their winning strategy.
"I just wanted to send a thank you
letter to let you know how great of a product you are putting out.
This past weekend my partner and I won the New York Trap Attack and we
could not have done it without your jigs. It was absolutely crucial to
have a jig that we could get down fast to the schools of perch as they
come in, as they did not stick around for long. But with the quality
and the weight of your jigs we were able to get back down fast and
pick a few perch out of each school instead of just being able to get
one fish and then not get the jig back down fast enough before they
left. It was a huge part of our strategy to use nothing but FISKAS
while we were perch fishing in over 30 feet of water, and it ended up
that one of the Wolfram Jigs was also one of our hottest bluegill jigs
also. We just can't say enough about your product and we could not
have won the tournament without out your company's product. We thank
you again and keep up the good work. Sincerely, Jeff
Falkowski"
Mark added in a
separate email, "On FEB 4 my fishing partner and I took 1st place in
the New York Trap Attack. I just wanted to THANK YOU for making
the best jigs out there today. Your jigs helped us put a winning
weight on the scales on Sunday!!! As long as your making jigs I'll be
using them. THANK YOU MARK RUSINEK"
Mike McNett and Tony Boshold, 2005 NAIFC Champions and founding members of the USA Ice Team, pulled out the stops for a 7th place finish and another qualification for the 2007 NAIFC. These two have tapped into the power of FISKAS Wolfram Jigs and Little-Atom micro plastics and finesse the bites using their St. Croix Ice Rods with integrated Spring Bobbers. Contrats to Mike and Tony!
Phil and Jeff Morse, the father and son team, the 2004 National Ice Fishing Champions, Winners of the 2005 Okiboji Trap Attack and 4 Year Qualifiers for the NAIFC, are a consistent winning team using FISKAS Wolfram Jigs and Balances along with finesse plastics and original lures from Little-Atom placed 8th for a share of the payout and a coveted spot to compete in the 2007 NAIFC! Congratulations Phil and Jeff! The team of "Little" John Bacarella and Bob Horn finished right on the heels of Phil and Jeff Morse and are no strangers to the power of FISKAS and Little-Atom tackle. Congratulations for your strong finish good enough for the TOP 10!
Contrats to all the Top 20 for your efforts and for qualifying for the 2007 NAIFC
