Becoming a Dealer is easy. Simply send us a copy of your current Sales Tax ID or a completed and signed W9 form to:

Once we receive your Sales Tax ID, or completed and signed W9 form, we will send you a electronic Dealer Packet as well as mail out a hard copy.
